YachtPushr — Industry Intelligence
Listing Marketing

Yacht listing marketing without retyping a single spec.

YachtPushr is yacht listing marketing software for brokerages. It syncs your listings from your MLS, writes social posts from each boat’s specs and description, and serves your inventory to your own website through a read-only API. Nobody in the office has to copy and paste specs again.

Where listings get stuck

A listing shouldn't live in one place.

Most listings go up on your MLS and the big listing sites and stay there. Maybe they make it onto your website, maybe someone posts them on social media once. Each of those steps usually means retyping specs and picking photos by hand.

That’s a lot of work for every boat, and it’s the first thing to slip when the office gets busy. The listings that need the most help - the ones that have been sitting - often get the least.

Your inventory is the best content your brokerage has, and it should show up everywhere buyers look without someone rebuilding it each time. YachtPushr does that part. Listings are one piece of marketing a brokerage, and our guide to marketing for yacht brokers covers the rest.

From listing to post

What YachtPushr does with your listings.

YachtPushr keeps your inventory in one place and turns it into marketing.

  1. 01

    It syncs your inventory

YachtPushr pulls your listings in from your MLS with their specs, engines and photos. We very likely already connect to your MLS, and if not, we build that for you. Boats that drop off your feed are archived for you, and you can also add boats by hand. Inventory Sync & Listing Posts has the details.

  2. 02

It keeps everything in one place

Every boat, with its full specs and listing agents, in a single inventory screen you can filter and search.

  3. 03

    It writes listing posts

Pick a boat and YachtPushr writes the post from its specs and description, in your brokerage’s tone, and posts it with the boat’s photos. You review it and approve it.

  4. 04

    It publishes them

Listing posts go out across your social media, including carousels and video, through Social Media Publishing.

  5. 05

    It feeds your website

A read-only API gives your developer your boats, so your website’s inventory pages stay current without anyone updating them by hand.

  6. 06

    It can add co-brokerage boats

The same API can serve co-brokerage inventory, so your site can show more boats than you list yourself. Our guide to yacht co-brokerage explains how brokers share listings.

What you get

What one listing can turn into.

Once a boat is in YachtPushr, it can show up in a lot more places than the listing site.

A listing post

The boat’s highlights, written from its specs and description, posted with its photos.

A carousel

A set of photos buyers can swipe through, posted with the same listing details.

Another angle later

A boat that’s been on the market a while can get a fresh post about something different, like the layout or the engines.

Your website's inventory

The API keeps your site’s listings current, with specs and photos, so they match what’s on the market.

Articles around it

Articles about the make, the model or the type of boat, built from Custom Ideas like Buyer Guidance, that bring buyers to your site.

Co-brokerage alongside it

Other brokers’ boats shown next to yours, so buyers have more reasons to stay on your site.

Listing posts

What makes a listing post work.

If I were writing a listing post from scratch, I’d lead with the best photo, usually a profile shot of the boat on the water or the main salon. Then the few details a buyer looks for first. The year, make, model and length, the engines and hours, where she is, and the price or a clear note that it’s available on request.

After that, one or two things that make this boat different - a recent refit, a great layout, a repower. Keep it short. The post only has to get someone to click through to the full listing.

Give them one obvious next step, a link to the listing on your site. And don’t post a boat once and forget it. A listing that’s been on the market for a few months is worth another post with a different angle.

YachtPushr writes the first draft of all that from the listing itself. What’s left for you is the part a buyer would want to hear from a broker, like how she ran on the sea trial or why the owner is selling.

Inventory

One place for your inventory and everything built from it.

Your boats sync in from your MLS and sit in one inventory, with specs, engines, photos and listing agents.

From there, YachtPushr writes the posts, your website pulls the inventory through the API, and your articles can point back to the boats you have.

Your website

Building a brokerage website? Use the YachtPushr API.

If you’re building a yacht brokerage website, the YachtPushr API can feed it your inventory and your articles. If you’d rather not build it yourself, our website rescue program rebuilds and hosts the site for you. The read-only JSON API gives your developer your boats, your co-brokerage boats and your published articles, secured with access tokens you manage in YachtPushr.

That means your developer can build inventory pages and a blog that keep themselves up to date. When a boat comes into your listing system it shows up in the API, and each boat carries its listing status so the site can mark it sold or hide it. When an article is published, it shows up too.

If you already have a WordPress site, Website Articles can publish to it directly, and your developer can use the API for the inventory. Once those pages are live, you’ll want to know which boats and articles people actually find, which is what our guide to yacht marketing analytics covers.

Questions

Questions about listing marketing.

Does YachtPushr work with our MLS?

+

Yes. We very likely already connect to it, so YachtPushr syncs your listings straight from your MLS. If yours isn’t supported yet, we build the connection for you, usually within days. Specs, engines and photos come in with the sync, so nobody retypes them. You can also add boats by hand.

Does YachtPushr post every boat automatically?

+

No. You pick the boat and YachtPushr writes the post from its specs and description, then posts it with the boat’s photos. You review it and approve it before it goes out.

What happens to a listing when the boat sells?

+

When a boat comes off your MLS, YachtPushr archives it. The API includes each boat’s listing status, so your developer can hide sold boats on your site or show them as sold.

Can listing posts include video?

+

Yes. Listing posts can include the boat’s photos and video, and carousels buyers can swipe through.

Is there an API for yacht listings?

+

Yes. YachtPushr has a read-only JSON API that serves your boats, your co-brokerage boats and your published articles to your own website, secured with access tokens you manage.

Does YachtPushr build our website?

+

It can. Our website rescue program rebuilds and hosts brokerage websites, built for how buyers search in 2026 and beyond. If you have a developer, the API gives them your inventory and articles instead, so the site stays current once it’s built.

How is it priced?
