YachtPushr — Industry Intelligence
Inventory Sync

Your listings, ready to market.

YachtPushr brings your listings in from your MLS with their specs, engines, photos and listing agents. Pick a boat and it writes the post from the listing itself, so nobody has to copy and paste specs again.

The problem

Every listing means retyping it.

A new boat comes in and the specs get typed into your MLS. Then someone types them again for a social media post, picks the photos, crops them to fit and writes a caption. Multiply that by every boat, and it’s no surprise most listings get posted once and forgotten.

Buyers take months to decide, though. A boat that’s been on the market for a while needs more attention, not less, and the brokerage that keeps showing its boats is the one owners want to list with.

How it works

From your MLS to a post.

  1. 01

    We connect your MLS

We very likely already connect to your MLS, and we set up the connection for you. If yours isn’t supported yet, we build it, usually within days.

  2. 02

Your boats come in on their own

The sync runs about every 10 minutes and brings in specs, engines, photos and listing agents. Boats that leave your feed are archived automatically.

  3. 03

    You pick a boat

Create a post and link it to any boat in your inventory.

  4. 04

    YachtPushr writes the post

A post written from the listing’s facts in your brokerage’s voice, with the price if you’ve listed one and a call to inquire or schedule a showing.

  5. 05

    You approve and schedule it

It goes out across your social media with the boat’s photos and video, including carousels buyers can swipe through.

What you get

One inventory, marketed properly.

Every boat in one place

The Boats / Yachts screen shows your inventory with photos, price, status and listing agent. Search by make, model or name and sort by price, year or last update.

The full listing

Each boat’s page shows its photos, specs, description, listing agents and listing details.

Posts written from the facts

Listing posts stick to what’s in the listing, so buyers get the facts about the boat.

Photos fitted for social

The boat’s photos are sized to one shape for the post, cropped as little as possible.

Market a boat more than once

A listing that’s been sitting can get a fresh post whenever you want one, with a different angle.

Inventory for your website

Our read-only API gives your developer your boats, with specs, engines, photos and agents, so your website’s inventory pages stay current.

Inside YachtPushr

Your inventory, always current.

Your boats sync in and sit in one list with Active, Archived and All tabs. Open any boat to see its photos, specs and listing agents, or start a post from it.

Edits happen in your MLS, and YachtPushr follows along on the next sync.

Who it's for

Built for brokers and dealers.

If you sell boats, your inventory is the most valuable content you have. Our guide to yacht listing marketing covers what makes a listing post work, and yacht broker marketing covers how listings fit into the rest of your marketing.

If you want more boats on your website than you list yourself, see how yacht co-brokerage works. And once the posts are going out, social media publishing covers the rest of what YachtPushr posts for you.
